Space Adventures Ltd., the world’s leading space tourism company, celebrated today the debut of its redesigned website, www.spaceadventures.com. The new site is comprised of some unique features including virtual tours and detailed information on various spacecraft, training facilities and space flights, an extensive image gallery and VIP area, and the latest industry news.

The site is easier to navigate and contains more detailed information and background materials on all of Space Adventures’ programs providing a solid overview of the Company and space tourism. Video and 3D graphics will soon be added to the site along with a space log where visitors can view Space Adventures’ clients, expert advisors and staff debate different topics related to space tourism and their own space experiences.

Space Adventures’ new online look was designed by the Elro Corporation, www.elro.com.

Space Adventures Ltd., the world’s leading space flight experiences and space tourism company, brokered the flights for the world’s first private space explorers, American businessman Dennis Tito in 2001, and the first African in space, Mark Shuttleworth, in 2002. In addition to orbital flights to the International Space Station (ISS), the company offers a wide range of programs, from zero-gravity and Edge of Space flights, cosmonaut training and space flight qualification programs, to reservations on future sub-orbital spacecraft. Headquartered in Arlington, VA, with an office in Moscow, Russia, Space Adventures is the only company to have successfully launched private individuals to the ISS. The company’s advisory board comprises Apollo 11 moonwalker Buzz Aldrin; shuttle astronauts Kathy Thornton, Robert (Hoot) Gibson, Charles Walker, Norm Thagard, Sam Durrance, Pierre Thuot, and Byron Lichtenberg; and Skylab astronaut Owen Garriott.
